Incremental and full backups are configured daily and weekly respectively. The backup system alerts IT personnel of failures, and full production restores are performed regularly.

The LeadsOnline production system and production database servers are located in Flexential Data Centers. All servers are owned and maintained by LeadsOnline. The disaster recovery facility and primary Data Center are configured with the same security and monitoring configurations.
